How to spend less than $100 on food a month:


Hellow!  I am Line and welcome to this weeks video.  Yes I know this is the 3rd video this week, but this is the only one on schedule.  Sorry about that, but shall we start?





1. Plan meal

- Use a meal planner app or write it down in a book.
- Figure out what ingredients you need for these meals.
- How much do you need of all the ingredients.


2. What stores to buy from

       Rema 1000:
           - App called "Æ" has discounts
           - 10% off the products on your top 10 list
           - 10% fresh vegetables and fruits
           - It´s own "brand" with their own cheap and good quality products


      Spar:
           - Trumf (you get 1% off everyday, 3% on Thursdays every 5th week)
           - 10 nok ($1) sales a lot
           - Have a cheap brand called Frist Price where it´s the lowest prices you can get the products


      Joker:
           - Also has trumf (only they have 5% trumf every monday)
           - But only on the very good trumf days.

      Kiwi:
           - Also has trumf (only they have 15% on fruit and veggies)
           - A lot of discounts all the time
           - Cheap in general



3. Track what you have

You should always track what you have and see what you need.
I made a list on my phone because I feel it´s easier to see and you have the list with you all the time so it´s no problem going to the store and seeing what you need.  Just remember to update it whenever you use something.
